What are the delivery charges?
All items are priced including post and packaging so the price you see is the price you pay, no extras!
Will I receive the exact item pictured?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive that exact item as some products we do have more than 1 in stock. Please note that the signature placements can vary as each item is individually hand signed.
Are the signatures genuine?
We obtain our autographs through UACC & AFTAL official members, whilst also holding our own private and public signing events.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders take two weeks from the date of payment.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We try our best to package each item as securely as possible to avoid any damage however if you do happen to have a damaged item you must notify us within 2 days of receiving it.
You are required to email us a photo and description of the damage so we can advise the best course of action.
If a replacement item is available, we will require the damaged product to be returned prior to the replacement being dispatched.
EVENT TICKETS
General events Refund policy
Refunds shall be issued upon request up to 30 days prior to the event.
A full refund shall be issued upon request following the cancellation of an event, however should an event be rescheduled due to Covid 19, all purchased tickets shall be transferred for the rescheduled show but no refunds shall be available.
FROCH GROVES TOUR 2022 refund policy
Refunds shall only be issued upon request within a 4 week period of your ticket purchase. Any refunds issued shall be minus a 20% booking fee. No refunds shall issued past the deadline of 01/08/2022. After the date of 01/08/2022, if required, your tickets can be transferred to a different show on the tour.
In the an event that a show on the tour is cancelled, a full refund will be offered. Should there be a COVID-19 delay to the tour, resulting in the tour being postponed, all tickets will be transferred automatically to new dates with no refunds issued.
